Founded in 2021 at the University of New Mexico (UNM) we began as a small group of students dedicated to helping college students develop and jumpstart their professional careers. 

Since then, our chapter has grown into a supportive community focused on professional development, leadership growth, and cultural connection within STEM. Through conferences, workshops, and networking events like the West Regional Conference, we strive to create accessible opportunities for students to learn, connect, and thrive. 

By hosting WRC at UNM, we are proud to bring together students, professionals, and organizations from across the western region to foster collaboration, celebrate diversity in STEM, and inspire the next generation of leaders.
